Shipping

Shipping is calculated at check out for domestic shipping within the United States. If you need shipping outside of the USA please contact me directly.

Returns

Returns are limited to 30 days after purchase with receipt on unused notions only and they must be unopened. All other items are ineligible for returns such as cut fabric, custom made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item.

For online returns customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact me within 24 hours of delivery. 

Privacy

Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.

Please note if you sign up for the Newsletter Email Marketing you can unsubscribe at any point.

Classes
-Class size is limited so sign up early.
-Full payment is required upon registration.
-If student notifies us 2 weeks or more prior to start date that they will not be attending, student may choose between a full refund minus all processing fees or store credit. 
-If student notifies us less than 2 weeks prior to class, a store credit is offered.
-If Seams Sew Together cancels class due to weather or illness, we will reschedule class and if student is unable to attend they may choose a full refund or store credit.
-No refund of any kind is given for "No Shows."
-Students will be notified of cancellations by phone and email and rescheduling will be done by email only. Please check your messages prior to leaving for class or give us a call/text.
-Class fees do NOT include materials unless otherwise indicated. We do not allow use of copied patterns as this violates copyrights and hard-working designers.
-Students should arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to scheduled class time to set up and allow for prompt start of class.
