Hello! I can't decide if I'm happy about the fact that we're having a more normal New England winter. It's so quiet and beautiful while it's snowing, but I miss being able to be in the store with all of you. I do try to remember to bring home some handwork that needs to be done, or at least paperwork. How about you? Do you use snow days as sew days? I'm always curious to see what people are working on, so go ahead and share some pics on our Facebook page, if you think of it. Or tag Seams Sew Together if you post it on your own page so I will be sure to see it.
Wednesday, Feb 19th at 7pm is our Facebook Live and I'll have some sale items and a mystery giveaway if there are enough people on and interacting. I try not to go over an hour, so be sure to tune in at 7pm. If you do tune in and can figure out how to share it, go ahead and send it to your quilting friends because... the more, the merrier!
Classes, workshops and clubs are back up and running! If you haven't checked out what we have to offer, click here for details and registration. We still have space for you, so join us for some creativity and comraderie. If you have signed up for any of these, on the day of the event, please check your email and/or texts if it's snowy in case of postponements.
Next Wednesday evening, February 26th, is our first meeting of the Book Lovers Quilt Club. First time you come is free, it gives you a chance to become familiar with how it all works and decide if you want to join the club! The fee to join is for a 12 month period, starting after that first time. If you love books and you love quilting, this is the perfect club for you. Sharing the books we read and making blocks using fabrics in the colors from the covers will hopefully expand our repertoire of books and colors for the future. Please email me to let me know you will be coming Wednesday, so I have enough sparkling juice for everyone. I'm so excited about doing this with everyone!
