Hello again! The temperature in Vermont has been so lovely lately. I haven't worn a warm coat in over a week, just a rain coat on occasion. I'm sitting here in the shop typing this up with the door open, a cup of coffee and birds serenading me. What a wonderful change.
This is just a quick note to remind you or inform you, if you are a new subscriber, that the 3rd Wednesday Live on Facebook is this week! April 17th at 7pm. You can let us know that night if there is anything you are interested in purchasing or attending, or perhaps answer some of my burning questions. Lol.
Our beginner class is starting this week and the Sunburst Class, (which is full at this time with a Wait List / Interested in Class if Repeated List,) is on April 27th.
We have just over 3 weeks before the Wyoming Stars table runner class that I mentioned last newsletter. There are open spots in that class.
May will also bring us the beginning of the Secret Garden Club, a social time for sewing each month's blocks in the Secret Garden Sampler BOM pattern. We have a few seats open and just 2 kits left in the bright colorway, which can be set up as a BOM by mail or pickup if you don't want to or can't join the club. Emailing is the easiest way to set any of those options up.
The Sew Steady Suspension System that I mentioned last newsletter that I have in store has sold, so I will be placing an order soon to replace it and the ones requested thus far. If you haven't already let me know that you would like me to order a set for you, please do so by Friday, April 19th. I can get these for you at any time, but to take advantage of the sale, get them now. Reg. $59, sale price is $49.
You will be amazed at how easy it is to move your fabric when your are quilting with these in place.
Don't forget that when you pay with cash in store you get into a drawing for a $25 gift certificat drawn the beginning of each month. Thank you everyone for making the effort thus far to bring cash with you. It is so very helpful to small businesses and we all appreciate it as it helps decrease our expenses.
